Terahertz sensors for integration
QS-THZ series
Our QS-THZ series are terahertz sensors for integration. They are pyroelectric-based and can thus be used very easily, and at room temperature. They offer a THz measurement solution that is less expensive and easier to use than Golay cells.
These small discrete terahertz detectors are manufactured in TO5 or TO8 packages, making them very easy to integrate into existing systems.
The broadband coating on these power meters allows for power measurement throughout the complete terahertz range. If a narrower wavelength range is required, the QS-series models can be fitted with a permanent IR window and block out unwanted noise.
