Software update available
It has come to our attention that versions 2.01.00 and 2.01.02 of PC-Gentec-EO software are infected with a virus. If you installed one of these versions, please download the latest version from our website. We fixed the problem in a timely manner immediately after the situation was identified. The detected objects are called “Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Dapato.pigu” and “Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Dapato.pigv”. This information can help your IT department decide on the proper course of action. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this unfortunate event. Should you need more information on this, please contact our customer support service.
