User manual update

• MAESTRO user manual was updated to version 9.7
• HP series user manual was updated to version 4.1
• QE series user manual was updated to version 3.7

Software update

• PC-Beamage was updated to version 1.07.02. Serial commands *ACTGSCALE and *CTLJPGSAVE were added.
• BEAMAGE LabView examples were updated to version 1.02.08. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.
• BEAMAGE .NET framework example was updated to version 1.00.06. A new user interface was developed and the following serial commands were added: *CTLBMPSAVE, *CTLJPGSAVE and *ACTGSCALE.
